تداول ناشطون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي صورة رجل في شاحنة متوقفة خارج مكتبة الكونغرس الأميركي بالعاصمة واشنطن.
وأوضحت وسائل إعلام أميركية أن الرجل الذي قام ببث مباشر على الإنترنت ادعى وجود عبوة ناسفة في شاحنته، كما ألقى أوراقا نقدية في الشارع.
