اعتبر وزير الخارجية الأميركي أنتوني بلينكن، أن الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين، يسعى إلى إعادة النظام الإقليمي الذي كان موجودا في زمن الاتحاد السوفييتي.
وقال بلينكن، في حديث لقناة “CNN”، اليوم الأحد، ردا على سؤال حول هذا الشأن: “أعتقد أن هذا صحيح، إنه من أهداف الرئيس بوتين”.
وتابع: “هذا يعني إعادة دائرة النفوذ في الدول التي كانت سابقا جزءا من الاتحاد السوفييتي، وهذا الأمر غير مقبول”.
