فيما أعلنت موسكو قبل أيام الانسحاب من محيط العاصمة الأوكرانية كييف، أكدت نائبة وزير الدفاع الأوكراني أن انسحاب قوات روسية من منطقتي كييف وتشيرنيهيف كان سببه إعادة التجمع ثم الاندفاع مرة أخرى للهجوم.
وشددت هانا ماليار نائبة وزير الدفاع على أن بلادها مستعدة لجميع السيناريوهات، وإنها ستواصل القتال.
وأضافت “القتال الضاري متواصل في جميع المناطق. سنحقق النصر بالتأكيد، لكن الطريق طويل، ويتطلب منا الجهد والصبر”.
