أفادت مصادر طبية وتقارير بأن حصيلة الهجوم الإسرائيلي على قطاع غزة، منذ 7 تشرين الأول 2023، ارتفعت إلى أكثر من 44300، ومقتل رئيس قسم العناية المركز في مستشفى كمال عدوان بقصف من مسيرة إسرائيلية.
